Student-Centered Mental Health Resources

  • Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy to registered undergraduate and graduate students.
  • LiveHealth Online: This tele-mental health service provides secure, online video visits with board-certified, licensed mental health professionals. The service is covered by UC SHIP, and no referral is needed.
  • iFlourish initiative: Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) facilitates students’ self-care for anonymous
    help with anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns through interactive tools and exercises.

  • At Your Service Online (You must have a Single Sign On account to create an AYSO account.)
    • Enroll in direct deposit
    • Elect to receive an electronic W-2 form.
    • View your W-2 form.
    • Change your mailing address.
    • Check your paystubs.
    • View/print an employment verification form
  • Mandatory Employee Training: Access on UC Learning Center with your Single Sign On account
    • Injury and Illness Prevention Program (On Campus): Register for the class on UC Learning.

    • UC Ethical Values and Conduct (Online): You only need to complete this class once.

    • UC Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Staff (Online): You will need to complete this course every 2 years.

    • UC Cyber Security Awareness Training (Online): You will need to complete a refresher course every year.

      Note: The time you spend completing the trainings is paid time. Be sure to add the hours to your timesheets and let your supervisor know you are completing the trainings. Forward the certificates to Annie Lin after you have completed them.
